Key Responsibilities:

Set up production machines following provided specifications and schedules. Operate machines safely and efficiently during production runs. Tear down and clean machines after use, ensuring they are ready for the next operation. Inspect machines and perform basic troubleshooting when needed. Conduct quality checks to ensure finished products meet established standards. Load raw materials into machines and manage finished product output. Adhere to all safety protocols and report any equipment malfunctions or hazards to supervisors. Pack materials as they come off the machine with an emphasis on quality. Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderately heavy objects.
