Our client, a leading manufacturer in the packaging industry, is seeking a Packaging Operator to join their team. As a Packaging Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

What’s the Job?
Operate, monitor, and maintain filling and packaging machines per work instructions.
Set up or adjust equipment according to manufacturing specifications.
Monitor the quality of output to identify or discard re-manufactured faulty products.
Maintain accurate daily production records to analyze manufacturing performance.
Work overtime as required to meet business goals.
What’s Needed?
High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum of one year of manufacturing experience is required.
Ability to pass standardized cognitive company test(s).
Willingness to work required overtime.
Proper training and protective equipment for safety practices will be provided.
