Previous manufacturing training or experience is required for this full-time, direct-hire role with excellent benefits, work-life balance, and Fridays off! Responsibilities of the 1st Shift Manufacturing Operator – Direct Hire Operate all equipment within the bonding process Follow step-by-step work instructions on a variety of computer systems Inspect work for quality Use measurement tools (e.g., micrometers and calipers) and hand tools (e.g., razor blades, hand sanders, and air/pneumatic tools) Actively participate in continuous improvement and corrective action processes Keep accurate records Maintain equipment Follow all safety regulations Perform additional tasks as assigned Qualifications of the 1st Shift Manufacturing Operator – Direct Hire High school diploma or equivalent Prior manufacturing experience strongly preferred; successful completion of an advanced manufacturing program may be substituted for experience Experience with composite materials is a plus Good mechanical aptitude, visual acuity, hand-eye coordination, and attention to detail Team player with effective communication skills Basic computer skills Capable of working with epoxy and adhesive materials Knowledge of AS9100C or ISO9001 preferred Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. The Manufacturing Operator works Monday through Thursday from 5:15am-3:15pm for $22/hour. We look forward to connecting with you!
