Machine Operator 3rd Shift Allstaff Contract Services Dover, NH 03820 Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery, ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control measures, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Duties Utilize precision measuring tools including micrometers and calipers to ensure product specifications are met. Inspect finish product before completion Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with the quality control team to inspect finished products for defects or deviations from specification Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Requirements Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is required Should have recent experience working 3rd shift. Must be able to read, speak and write English fluently. You will be tested. Proficiency in using measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control processes. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machine issues as they arise. Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team in a factory setting.
