Paint Mixer Rutherford, NJ | Up to $22/hour | 7:00AM-3:30PM | Full-Time | On-site We re hiring a Paint Mixer to join a leading architectural aluminum manufacturing team in Rutherford, NJ. This behind-the-scenes yet critical role supports a fast-paced production line by ensuring all industrial paint batches are correctly mixed, labeled, and delivered on time. As the Paint Mixer, you ll work in the paint kitchen, carefully preparing and adjusting batches to meet viscosity standards and job-specific requirements. You ll be part technician, part inventory specialist, and part production support – making sure the paint is right before it ever hits the line.

Key Responsibilities:

Mix industrial paints based on production specs and viscosity standards Measure, adjust, and document paint mixtures with precision Maintain paint and chemical inventory; flag low stock and coordinate reorders Ensure timely and accurate delivery of paint batches to the line Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized – cleanliness is key Follow all safety protocols when handling materials and equipment Collaborate with the production team to meet daily output goals What We re
