Pacor Job Summary:

Pacor is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry Level Machine Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating fiberglass insulation while ensuring that all products meet or exceed customer specifications. This role involves operating various machines, including sheeters, press machines, laminators, and CNC machines, as well as performing assembly and other assigned duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate machines to produce fiberglass insulation products. Ensure the operational status of machines at the beginning of each shift. Review production work orders to determine the type and quantity of production materials required. Verify that materials received from the Warehouse Associate match the specifications listed in the work orders. Maintain a focus on safety and quality throughout the production process.

Qualifications:

Basic computer knowledge. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. Requirements:

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent general education degree Able to follow written and verbal instructions in English Use and read a ruler to within 1/16 of an inch Accurately complete basic math skills including calculating linear/square footage and work with fractions using a calculator. Use a computer to understand blueprints and read work orders. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with or without assistance, on a regular basis. Previous manufacturing/warehouse/machine operation experience
