$17.00/hourly

Overview:

The Machine Operator is responsible for operating sheeting and packaging equipment to produce high-quality products efficiently and accurately. This role includes machine operation, quality assurance, inventory handling, and computer-based documentation. I. Equipment Operations Operate sheeting and packaging equipment to produce a quality product. Perform size changes and adjust machinery to ensure maximum efficiency. Maintain equipment to meet both production and quality standards. Perform equipment maintenance tasks as directed. II. Quality Systems & Inventory Management Conduct quality audits at all stages of production. Handle and move finished and unfinished goods systematically. Record material movement accurately in inventory systems. III. Packaging Stage products according to the daily production schedule. Perform quality control checks as required. IV. Computer Systems Interaction Scan and document production and packaging usage. Troubleshoot system issues affecting daily operations. Complete additional documentation tasks as assigned. Participate in continual learning and skill development. Qualifications Proficient with basic math using a calculator. Ability to read and measure using a tape measure. Prior machine operation experience preferred. Basic mechanical or electrical skills a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Committed to producing high-quality products. Computer literate and comfortable using digital systems. Must pass a drug test and background check.
