Job Title:
Aseptic Technician – 1st Shift & 2nd Shift Job Description Join our dynamic team as an Aseptic Technician, responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sterilization of medical components and glassware. Work in a controlled environment and contribute to the safety and quality of products in the pharmaceutical, compound pharmacy, medical device, and biotech industries. Responsibilities Wash glassware and medical components using designated equipment. Work in an ISO-6 cleanroom environment while wearing required PPE. Perform aseptic cleaning and packaging of products. Load and unload manufacturing equipment. Package processed products according to specifications. Monitor process systems and equipment for proper operation. Perform daily and weekly preventative maintenance tasks; assist maintenance team as needed. Participate in safety committees and adhere to all safety rules and regulations. Accurately complete required documentation for all tasks. Clean, sanitize, and disinfect workstations with attention to detail and high work accuracy. Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisor. Adapt to different processes depending on the project requirements. Essential Skills Aseptic technique and sterilization experience. Familiarity with laboratory and cleanroom environments. Industry experience of 1-2 years is ideal, but recent graduates with lab or research project experience are encouraged to apply. Understanding of GMP and SOP processes. Good documentation practices. Basic computer skills for internal database management. Additional Skills & Qualifications Punctual, flexible, and hard-working individual with a desire for long-term growth. Experience in pharmaceutical operations and sterile processing. Work Environment Work in ISO level 6 & 7 cleanrooms, requiring gowning for 6-10 hours with breaks. The role offers growth potential within the company, emphasizing a commitment to safety and precision in a clean and controlled setting.
