• Key Responsibilities
• + Set up, operate, and shut down CNC fabricating and forming machines (including VMCs) + Inspect first-piece parts and conduct in-process quality checks + Follow engineering drawings and BOMs to ensure part accuracy + Maintain tools, sharpen dies, and perform basic machine troubleshooting and maintenance + Load/unload parts from machines and perform secondary operations (e.

g., filing, sanding) + Collaborate with supervisors to prioritize daily tasks + Adhere to all safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work area (5S practices) + Support continuous improvement initiatives + Train fellow team members when needed

• Qualifications
• + High school diploma, GED, or technical certification (preferred) + 3+ years CNC setup experience or 4+ years operating specialized equipment + Experience with Turret Punch Presses strongly preferred + Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and use measuring tools + Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail + Reliable attendance and punctuality + English proficiency preferred + Familiarity with lean principles (5S, Kanban) •Physical Requirements•+ Ability to stand for 8+ hours per shift + Lift up to 50 lbs frequently, up to 100 lbs occasionally + Repetitive hand movements, overhead reaching, and exposure to sharp edges and dust + Work in a non-temperature-controlled environment + Steel-toed shoes required •
