The ideal candidate will have experience in CNC Press Brake (Amada or Trumpf) operating various types of machinery, ensuring quality control, and maintaining production efficiency. This role is crucial for the fabrication and assembly of components, contributing to the overall success of our operations. Duties Operate and monitor CNC machines and other manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality parts. Perform routine inspections and quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications. Utilize SolidWorks for designing and modifying parts as needed. Assemble components on the assembly line, ensuring proper fit and function. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machinery, including logic controllers and other automated systems. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency. Skills Must have experience using Amada or Trumpf Proficient in quality control techniques to assess product integrity. Experience with CNC machining processes and equipment. Familiarity with fabrication techniques and assembly line operations. Knowledge of logic controllers and their applications in manufacturing settings. Ability to read technical drawings and schematics effectively. Competence in using calipers and other measurement tools for precision work. Strong problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting machinery issues.
