In this role, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient production processes. Responsibilities Operate and monitor machinery and equipment in the manufacturing process. Perform routine inspections and maintenance on production equipment. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment. Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and resolve issues promptly. Record production data accurately and report any discrepancies. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain product quality. Skills Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate various types of machinery. Excellent problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement solutions. Attention to detail to ensure high-quality production standards are met. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety protocols. Good communication skills for effective collaboration with team members. Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting purposes. Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is preferred but not required. $20.00 – $22.00 per hour Application Question(s): Experience working in an aseptic or cleanroom environment What types of equipment have you operated (e.g., autoclaves, CIP/SIP systems, RABS, formulation tanks)? Do you have experience performing filter integrity testing or working with RABS gloves?

Experience:

worked in a cold room: 5 years (Preferred) computerized systems (like HMI or PLC) : 5 years (Preferred)
