Job Description
Manpower is seeking a 2nd Shift Compounder to join our Production Department. This hands-on role involves blending and mixing fragrance materials in production tanks using precision equipment and weighing systems. The ideal candidate is a team-oriented professional with experience in manufacturing or chemical handling and a strong attention to detail.
Schedule:
Monday
- Friday, 2:00 PM
- 10:30 PM
Pay:
23/hr
Weekly pay Essential Duties & Responsibilities Retrieve and review batch recipe cards, prioritizing based on ship date Manually add raw materials from dispensing racks or pull cans Operate dosing clusters and mixing station equipment for automatic fills Add pre-mixes from automation area by weight Thoroughly mix batches and ensure proper mixing sequence Maintain cleanliness and ensure all equipment is in working condition Adhere strictly to safety and chemical handling protocols Secondary Responsibilities Assist in other production areas as needed Participate in training of new Compounders Support year-end physical inventory activities Required Skills & Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Forklift experience required Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs.
