In this prevailing wage role, you will play a vital part in our construction processes by operating our Hoisting machine as well as support the construction team with general construction labor. Responsibilities Operate our Hoisting machine used in the construction process with precision and care. Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal functionality. Utilize hand tools and precision measuring instruments to fabricate components accurately. Handle materials safely and efficiently throughout the production process. Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and specifications. Monitor machine operations for any irregularities and troubleshoot as needed. Requirements Proven experience as a Hoisting Machine operator or similar role in a construction environment. Must be certified and have a Class C HMO (Hoisting Machine Operator) license. Strong knowledge of materials handling and safety protocols. Ability to use hand tools, and other precision measuring instruments effectively. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. This a Prevailing Wage position with a rate of $110/hr.
