This is a 12-month contract opportunity ideal for technicians with at least 3 years of hands-on mechanical or electronic assembly and testing experience in an aerospace or manufacturing environment. This position is well-suited for dependable professionals who are comfortable working with precision tools and test equipment, thrive on detailed processes, and take pride in building and validating mission-critical systems. Duties Assemble aerospace components using mechanical and electronic measurement tools. Interpret and follow blueprints, parts lists, and detailed work instructions. Conduct hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic testing of finished products. Diagnose test failures and recommend corrective actions or rework. Complete documentation on work performed and communicate findings clearly. Support daily operational and administrative responsibilities on the production floor. Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical assembly or test environment. High School diploma or GED preferred (not required with proven ability to follow instructions and perform basic math). Must be able to read, interpret, and apply verbal, written, and digital instructions in English. Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude. Enrollment in the FAA Drug & Alcohol Program required due to Safety Sensitive Work designation. U.S. work authorization required. Microsoft Teams panel interview required as part of the hiring process.
