Job Description
We’re looking for a skilled and dependable CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team in Buffalo, NY. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with experience operating CNC mills or lathes in a fast-paced production environment. Experience with Mazak and Okuma equipment is a significant plus and will set candidates apart. If you take pride in precision work and enjoy contributing to a collaborative team, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications
Set up machines, load materials, and verify tooling
Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
Monitor machine operations and perform quality checks
Make tool changes and minor program edits as needed
Perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot issues
Maintain production logs and ensure part traceability
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of CNC machining experience required
Familiarity with Mazak and/or Okuma CNC equipment strongly preferred
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and technical documents
Understanding of G-code and machine controls
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Good mechanical aptitude and math skills
Willingness to work overtime as needed
