Machine Operator Staffing Solutions of WNY, Inc. Williamsville, NY 14221 Overview We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience with various machinery, including CNC machines and lathes. As a Machine Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our production processes while adhering to safety and quality standards. Duties Operate and monitor CNC machines, lathes, and other manufacturing equipment. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate production. Utilize precision measuring instruments, such as micrometers, to verify dimensions and tolerances. Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance. Program CAM systems for automated machining processes. Troubleshoot equipment issues and make necessary adjustments to maintain production flow. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations. Qualifications Proven experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various types of machinery. Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical documentation. Familiarity with CNC programming and operation is preferred. Experience with logic controllers and press operations is advantageous. Ability to use precision measuring instruments effectively. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
