Broadway Equipment & Party Rental is a family-owned business serving Western New York since 1977. We provide tents, tables, chairs, and event equipment for weddings, parties, corporate events, and festivals. We are currently hiring hard-working, motivated individuals to join our Tent Crew. This is physical, outdoor work — perfect for people who like staying active, enjoy working as part of a team, and want steady hours during the busy season.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Load trucks with tents, tables, chairs, and equipment for delivery Assist in setting up tents, installing stakes, raising poles, and setting up event spaces Safely take down, clean, and pack equipment after events Follow instructions from crew leader on each job site Interact professionally with customers onsite Keep equipment clean, organized, and protected from damage

What We’re Looking For:

Reliable, positive attitude Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment Comfortable working outdoors in heat, cold, rain, and sun Ability to follow directions and work well on a team Valid driver’s license a plus (but not required)(will affect pay) Experience with tents, construction, landscaping, or outdoor work helpful — but not required (we will train the right person)

Compensation:
