C Shift :

10:30 PM – 7:00 AM (Sunday – Thursday) We are currently seeking Advanced Machine Operators to support a high-precision manufacturing environment in Rochester, NY . These roles are ideal for individuals with strong machine operation experience in optics, medical, aerospace, or related fields. You’ll play a critical part in producing high-quality components using advanced machinery in a clean, safety-focused setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate complex production machinery with a focus on precision and quality Monitor machines during operation and make adjustments as needed Conduct visual and dimensional inspections to ensure quality standards are met Maintain accurate production records and follow documentation procedures Assist with routine machine maintenance and notify technicians of larger issues Follow all safety, cleanroom, and manufacturing protocols Support team goals and maintain consistent output

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience operating high-precision or industrial machinery a plus Familiarity with production documentation, inspection tools, and quality standards Comfortable working in a regulated or cleanroom-type environment Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude High school diploma or equivalent Why Apply?
