This is ahands-on, temp-to-perm position ideal for those with mechanicalaptitude, strong time management, and a proactive mindset. We offera collaborative workplace that values safety, continuousimprovement, and professional growth. Shift(s): 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM,Monday Friday (1st Shift)

Pay:

$16.50 (Based On Exp.) Core Duties ℜsponsibilities: Follow all safety procedures including wearing ofall required personal protective equipment. Effectively and safelyoperate and maintain the assigned machine and all related equipmentto ensure all daily orders are met. Complete safety observationswhen assigned. Read and follow standard work for assigned machine.

Follow all standard work processes. Verify proper components at thework station before beginning a job. Maintain work area in a cleanand orderly fashion. Must be able to perform the essentialfunctions of this position. Operate vertical bar machines to makeelectrical connectors Quality checks of parts using gauges,micrometers, and calipers Package finished parts

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent required. Prior experience in amanufacturing or machining role preferred. Strong mechanicalaptitude and comfort with machinery. Ability to read and interprettechnical documents and drawings. Basic math skills (add, subtract,multiply, divide, percentages). Strong reasoning skills andattention to detail. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand forextended periods. Ability to work in a loud manufacturingenvironment and handle physical job demands. Time management,professionalism, and a team-focused attitude.
