Machine Operator –

1st and 2nd

Temp-to-Hire Pay:

$17.00 – $18.00/hour

Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain molding machines to produce high-quality optical components. Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal output. Inspect finished products for defects and ensure adherence to quality standards. Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine malfunctions. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety procedures and guidelines. Meet production goals and deadlines. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Previous experience operating molding machines preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Excellent attention to detail and quality control. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. High school diploma or equivalent.
