Nesco Resource is hiring for a hands-on Manufacturing & Assembly Operator role with a growing clean energy company. In this weekend-based position, you’ll help build innovative power systems that support electric vehicles and industrial equipment. Ideal candidates will bring prior experience in production, assembly, or warehouse environments and a strong commitment to safety and teamwork. This is a temp-to-hire role with long-term potential and multiple shift options, offering flexibility, growth, and the chance to work with cutting-edge technology in a mission-driven industry.

Available Shifts:

1st

Shift:

5:30 AM – 4:00 PM, Mon-Thurs 3rd Shift (Weekends): 5:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Fri-Sun ( +12% Shift Differential )

Pay Range:

$18.00 – $21.50 per hour, based on experience Includes weekend/evening shift differential

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble mechanical and electronic components with hand and power tools Follow work instructions, blueprints, and safety procedures Use measuring tools and visual inspections to ensure quality Perform basic troubleshooting during the assembly process Work cross-functionally with warehouse, logistics, and production teams

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production setting Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures Comfortable using hand tools and basic shop equipment Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs High school diploma or GED required; technical/vocational training is a plus Willingness to work overtime and weekends based on production needs
