Precise Tool & Manufacturing Inc. is currently recruiting for VTL Setup Operators. $5,000 – Sign-On Bonus Offered to Skilled VTL Setup Operators

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Requirements of this position include, but are not limited to:+ Set-up and run Toshiba Vertical Turning Centers.+ Set-up and program on the Fanuc control and proving out first pieces.+ Select, inspect and set up tools to ensure quality production.+ Inspect and dimensionally check production to ensure manufacturing requirements are met.+ Utilizing properly calibrated measuring instruments to perform in-process inspection.+ Perform routine operator maintenance and operational checks on tools and equipment.+ Maintain work area, tools and equipment in a neat and orderly fashion.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

+ Minimum 8 years of experience.+ Must have some experience working with parts from 60″ up to 218″ diameter.+ Must have experience on CNC machines and be familiar with GD&T.+ Must be able to interpret and implement blueprint specifications.
