Machine Operator :

Trained on up to 3 machines in your first year with a rate increase after successful certification. Follows all safety rules and procedures; attends and participates in daily crew safety. Learn the layout of the mill and gain knowledge of the papermaking process. Cleans up areas of the mill (stock off floor, slab paper, and other cleaning assignments); assists as general labor on equipment shutdowns. Works as a team with fellow operators on a variety of production responsibilities and problem-solving scenarios. Train to load and unload raw material and finished product. Assists with paper machine problems. Completes other tasks as requested by supervisor. There’s nobody quite like you!
