Job Description Summary This position works a 8 hour shift schedule Monday thru Friday from 11:00 pm until 7:30 am. Operators are responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining spray driers, mills, and screeners. Performs in-process testing on intermediate products and finished goods. Accountable to follow all SOPs and GMPs. Job Description Monitor and maintain mills and screeners Obtains & hangs crystal over feed acrison to supply mill or screener Obtains a proper inventory of empty pallets, drums and sacks to supply their machine Perform accuracy checks of container weights Makes changes to the machine to maintain quality specifications as outlined in the production lab book Tests all necessary samples from their machine according to specifications listed in the production lab result books Fill intermediate/finished goods containers as described in standard operating procedures Operate a forklift to load and unload materials, transport products, and assist in material handling activities Inspect equipment to include, but not limited to forklifts, pumps, lines/hoses, fittings, ladders, etc. Accurately record all pertinent processing data Fulfill written work orders as assigned Strong commitment to safety, quality, and adherence to regulatory standards Adhere to all safety protocols and always wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) All other tasks assigned by supervision and/or management.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand, walk, reach, stoop, squat, climb ramps & stairs, push and pull, reach at or below waist level and occasionally overhead, drive (forklift), hear, understand, and distinguish speech and other sounds (machinery alarms).

In addition to hiring pay, compensation package may include additional components such as health benefits, life insurance, 401K, vacation.
