Schedule:

12-hour shifts (6AM-6:30PM or 6PM-6:30AM) on a rotating 2-3-3-2 schedule

Onsite About the Role We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our production team as Package Operators . In this role, you will support the packaging and quality assurance of our products, ensuring they meet company standards and are ready for distribution.

Key Responsibilities Machine Operation:

Load plastic materials and monitor automated production equipment.

Quality Control:

Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Packaging:

Accurately count, pack, label, and transport products to the warehouse.

Task Rotation:

Rotate between workstations to support productivity and reduce physical strain.

What We Offer Competitive Pay:

Starting at $17.54/hour with potential increases up to $19.04/hour.

Quarterly Raises:
