We’re a growing, mission-driven startup in Otsego County looking for Field, Site & Equipment Support to help keep our construction and agricultural processing site running smoothly. This part-time role (about 15-20 hours/week) is perfect for someone who’s organized, dependable, and ready to roll up their sleeves. Why You’ll Love It Here ✅ Consistent hours + flexible scheduling ✅ Work outside of a traditional office ✅ Learn new skills on the job ✅ Be part of a small team building something meaningful ✅ Make a real impact in your local community What You’ll Do Help keep daily operations running safely and smoothly Support equipment cleaning and routine maintenance (mostly stainless steel machinery) Assist with manual labor and general processing tasks Monitor and guide equipment use according to safety procedures Solve small issues on the fly — and know when to ask for help Track paperwork like logs, checklists, deliveries, and reports Coordinate schedules and materials with our team Communicate clearly with the founder and project managers This is hands-on, real-world work — no suit, no corporate fluff — just honest work in a team that’s building something that lasts. What We’re Looking For Some experience in construction, farming, machinery, or manual work Comfortable working on your feet, using tools, and handling basic mechanical tasks Organized and detail-oriented when it comes to documentation and tracking Good communicator and team player Familiarity with safety rules and site procedures is a plus Degree not required — but a strong work ethic is Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Schedule & Pay Part-time :

15-20 hours per week

Pay :

$18/hour to start with scheduled increases
