Job Description:

We are currently looking to fill a Fill/Finish Associate. TheFill/Finish Associate performs all duties related to the productionand support of drug product manufacturing. Works individually, andas part of a team, to support and perform operations to maintainformulation, filling, assembly, labeling and cartoning/packingequipment for parenteral biological products. Seeks to understandand develops proficiency in processes or procedures of increasingcomplexity. As a Fill/Finish Associate, a typical day might includethe following: Produces life-saving therapeutics for variousindications developed from a dynamic internal pipeline Works with ateam that is accountable for production activities ranging fromformulation of drug product to packaging of final drug product,which may include the following process-related responsibilities:

Operates highly automated equipment to fill drug product into vialsor syringes within isolators or other aseptic environmentsAssembles filled drug product into syringes and autoinjectorsOperates state of the art packaging lines to place assembled andlabeled drug product into packaging configurations for distributionMonitors production line for proper operation through processcontrols including pneumatics, robotics, manual and PLC feedbackloop systems Cleans, handles, and installs interchangeable partsfor various systems and equipment Collaborates to create andmaintain operating procedures to perform routine activities thatadhere to regulatory expectations Ensures working spaces andequipment are clean, safe, and ready for processing activitiesMaintains gowning qualification and adheres to clean room behaviorswherever required Performs environmental sampling using variousmethods where applicable Records GMP data that is accurate,legible, attributable, and contemporaneous and completes review onthose records Maintains and ensures proper documentation of alltraining Navigates and utilizes electronic systems to supportmanufacturing operations Travel (domestic and international) may berequired. Ensures compliance with applicable procedures whileexecuting activities and escalates any non-conformities duringoperations Performs reconciliation of product and controlledmaterials where applicable This role might be for you if: Abilityto perform basic algebra and geometry Reading/writing skills Mustbe able to stand for extended periods of time and lift, push andpull at least 50lbs. Knowledge of cGMP and FDA regulated(preferred) manufacturing environment and familiarity with cGMPfilling, assembly or packaging processes preferred. Necessary tohave keen attention to detail and demonstrate from previous workexperiences. Preferred experience with aseptic technique andoperating filling equipment or with assembly or packaging ofparenteral products in vials, syringes and cartridges using bothmanual and automated equipment preferred. Basic understanding ofMicrosoft Office Suite. Demonstrates strong interpersonal,cross-cultural, communication, negotiation and has a high emotionalIQ. Exhibits confidence and strong problem-solving skills anddemonstrates ingenuity, creativity and resourcefulness. Gainsunderstanding from provided instructions and works towardsestablished goals. Understands and listens to team members andstakeholders needs while supporting a positive team environment.

Shift Requirements:

Physical Ability to perform physicalrequirements for entirety of shift (up to 10 hours): Some physicalrequirements can include but not limited to: bending, climbing,crawling, kneeling, reaching, reaching overhead, sitting,squatting, walking, standing, driving, hand manipulation andability to lift/push/pull up to 50lbs Gowning and Environment Fullcleanroom attire (Examples may include: including launderedundergarments, gown, facemask, hairnet, safety glasses, safetyshoes and booties, latex gloves and the use of sanitizing agentsduring gowning process including IPA) Ability to remove jewelry,make-up and nail adornments when wearing cleanroom attire To beconsidered for the Fill/Finish Associate you must have a GED/HighSchool diploma and previous work experience.
