Progressive Pay Structure:
$20.00 per hour during your initial two weeks of training (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM). $22.00 per hour after training, transitioning to the main shift.
Unique Alternating Schedule:
Enjoy a fantastic 4 days on/3 days off one week, followed by 3 days on/4 days off the next (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM shift). This provides consistent longer breaks!

Directly contribute to maintaining optimal performance of our extrusion lines and ensuring product quality.

Work closely with supervisors and teammates, fostering a supportive atmosphere. How You’ll Make an Impact (Responsibilities): As a Compounding Operator, you’ll be instrumental in the safe and efficient operation of our extrusion lines, upholding the highest standards of quality and productivity.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Oversee, maintain, and ensure the optimal performance of our extrusion lines. Keep equipment and work areas meticulously clean and organized. Expertly set up, clean, and maintain essential tools (dies, calibrators, tanks, templates, etc.). Proactively identify and troubleshoot extrusion-related issues to minimize downtime. What We’re Looking For (Qualifications): Knowledge level equivalent to a Tier 2 Product Inspector or higher. On-site QA certification (or willingness to obtain). Experience working in a manufacturing/distribution organization is preferred. Professional and personable, with the ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team. Comfortable rolling up your sleeves and eager to learn new processes and skills. Able to communicate professionally and effectively. Ready to Power Our Production?
