Mill, tapping centers, etc. by production schedule in a sheet metal fabrication factory.

Minimum Background, Experience, and Requirements:

Must have basic English language proficiency to comply with verbal and written directions, signs, policies, and procedures. High school diploma or equivalent. Proficient in reading blueprints. 1-3 years of manual machining experience. Strong desire to learn on the job. Deadline-driven and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Reliable, good work ethic, and high integrity. Perform other duties as assigned. Tasks /

Responsibilities:

Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain regular work attendance. Complete jobs needed daily, sequencing work to ensure the efficiency of the machine center according to the production schedule. Perform quality checks to ensure rejects are minimized. Perform rework as needed to resolve design/production issues. Interface daily with Quality to ensure that the machine shop is producing quality parts in a highly efficient manner.
