II – DPI
Responsibilities c
GMP/Documentation:
Perform all functions according to current Good ManufacturingPractices (cGMP) and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).Accurate and legibly document in Standard Operating Instruction(SOI) and Logbook. Determine when to stop a line related to safetyor quality. Operate automatic packaging equipment. Documentpackaging activities. Feed filling equipment. Palletize finishedproducts. Perform line cleaning. Segregate waste products andmaterials. Return unused material/product. Participate in safetyrelated programs and or safety teams as needed. Reconcile productbulk, material, packaging, and printed materials. Follow safetyregulations and ensure the working area is clean. Adhere tocompanies Safety, Health, and Environmental policies. RequirementsSix (6) months Packaging Operator experience in an automated workenvironment preferred. High School Diploma (or equivalentexperience). Knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices(cGMP), Packaging Area Standard Operating Procedures and Food andDrug Administration (FDA) regulations Ability to communicateeffectively and clearly, both written and verbally in English.
Comply with safety and quality regulatory standards when packagingproducts. Ensure products are packaged in accordance with packagingtime standards.
