Machine Operator Corepay Inc Queensbury, NY 12804 Job Description The position of Machine Operator is responsible for cleaning, set-up, adding raw materials, operation and end product testing off of the Tetra Pak machine. The Machine Operator performs machine changeovers, troubleshoots, and makes minor adjustments when needed.

Monday•Thursday•2:00pm to 12:00am

Pay:

$18.00•$20.00 per hour Essential Duties and Responsibilities Food Safety o All positions within the Queensbury facility are responsible for food safety. It is essential that all employees follow all food safety, sanitation, and good manufacturing and documentation processes. Machine Operator is also responsible for CCP monitoring. Safety o All positions within the Queensbury facility are responsible to follow all general safety procedures and maintain a clean and safe work environment Independently start up, operate, add raw materials, clean and sanitize manufacturing equipment, and performs package integrity testing following established procedures. Understands and oversees ancillary water processing and transfer equipment. Recognize technical problems that require assistance from maintenance or engineering support and obtain required support. Daily product monitoring sampling. Follow product segregation, storage, and line clearance procedures. Daily production support including, but not limited to, palletizing, wrapping pallets, and quality readings. Qualifications and Education Minimum high school diploma/GED 3+ years of demonstrated experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or warehouse environment. Skills/Knowledge/Licenses/Certifications Fork lift experience and certification preferred Valid driver’s license preferred Physical/Work Requirements Exposure to varying conditions in the office, lab, warehouse, production room and conex box environments Able to routinely lift up 30 lbs and often lift up to 55lbs
