Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and jump-start your career in a hands-on, high-tech manufacturing environment? We’re looking for a safety-minded, detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry Level Blown Operator.
In this role, you’ll learn the ropes of our blown extrusion process and help create top-quality products that meet strict specifications. If you’re mechanically inclined, eager to learn, and ready to be part of a team that values precision, safety, and quality — we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

Operate and monitor machine controls on at least one blown extrusion line
Start a line from cold to production-ready, ensuring all quality control specs are met
Plan and perform changeovers based on schedule demands, including material staging and winder adjustments
Troubleshoot and resolve basic production issues; escalateplex problems as needed
Safely unload master rolls and package them on frames/pallets
Perform quality checks and record data accurately
Log production details, waste, downtime, and more
Follow all plant safety rules, food safety guidelines, andpany policies
Support housekeeping and perform other tasks as assigned by your supervisor
What You’ll Need to

Succeed:

High School Diploma or GED
Ability to read a ruler in 1/16″ increments
Strongmunication andanizational skills
Good math skills and attention to detail
Basicputer knowledge preferred
Commitment to safety and continuous improvement
Willingness to work overtime as needed

Pay Details:

$19.00 to $21.50 per hour
