Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and take part in producing high-quality film products that support industries across the country? We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Blown Film Extrusion Operators—a role at the heart of our production process.

What You’ll Do:

As a Blown Film Extrusion Operator, you’ll be hands-on with state-of-the-art equipment, ensuring safe operation, efficient production, and top-quality output that meets customer expectations.
Your day-to-day will include:
Starting up and running blown extrusion lines from cold start to full production
Performing basic machine operation and control adjustments
Managing changeovers—including setup, staging materials, and line calibration
Conducting quality checks and documenting results
Troubleshooting basic equipment issues and escalating when needed
Maintaining a clean,anized, and safe work area
Collaborating with your supervisor to perform other production-related tasks

What You Bring:

Ideal candidates will have:

High School diploma or equivalent
Ability to read a ruler to 1/16th inch
Ability to operate industrial pallet jacks
Basicputer skills and strong math skills
Clearmunication andanizational abilities
A strong attention to detail and willingness to continuously learn
Commitment to plant safety and production protocols
Flexibility to work overtime as needed

Pay Details:

$19.00 to $21.50 per hour
