un ⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Local Lumber Yard Seeking Yard Worker (Robinson) Hodgkiss Lumber ‹ image 1 of 4 › compensation: 23+ TBD employment type: experience level: no experience required job title: Yard Worker We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a lumber yard associate. This Position involves maintaining a safe & organized yard and contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations. Responsibilities would include but not limited to the following….
- Loading and Unloading lumber and other building materials
- Getting delivery loads built for our drivers to run
- Unload and Stock incoming lumber & materials
- Operating equipment such as forklifts ( training available)
- Helping out with inventory management and organization
- Following safety procedures and protocols
- Assist with other tasks as needed by management Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor
- Strong Customer Service and communication skills You will be working in direct contact with delivery drivers as well as office management.
