Pay:
Starting at $20.00/hour
Shifts:
1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available
Schedule:
Most positions require working every other weekend
Job Summary:
We are hiring reliable, detail-oriented individuals to operate and maintain manufacturing equipment, handle materials, and perform quality checks in a production environment. Positions include machine operation, chemical processing, and forklift operation.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate machinery such as presses, grinders, furnaces, filter presses, ovens, sifters, and blenders Set up, adjust, and perform basic maintenance on equipment Measure, mix, and process raw materials using scales, tanks, and flasks Monitor equipment performance, process times, and temperatures Perform routine quality checks and testing during and after production Sort scrap materials into categories and record weights Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move and stage materials Label, package, and prepare finished products and scrap materials for shipment or disposal Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and quality inspections (SAP experience a plus) Clean spills, equipment, and work areas following safety and environmental guidelines Follow all company, safety, and environmental policies and procedures
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED Forklift license or ability to complete Powered Industrial Truck training Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for an entire shift Strong attention to detail and communication skills Basic computer skills (SAP and Microsoft Office preferred) Must pass required vision, hearing, and physical exams
