Machine Operator / Laborer 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars Mars, PA 16046 We are seeking a Machine Operator / Laborer for a position in Mars, PA. Position is on 1st shift, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM. Must be willing to work overtime as needed. Must be a reliable employee with no attendance issues.
Job Duties:
Operating various machine Tear out refractory materials with a jack hammer. Sandblast various parts Mix, pour and finish refractory into various shaped components
Job Requirements:
Must have previous experience with refractory or forming and pouring concrete Remove worn refractory materials using a jackhammer or other suitable means Install forms into various shaped components ensuring that the forms are installed correctly per standard practice and drawings Mix and Pour refractory into various shaped components Sandblast various components as needed Must be able to pass a medical screening and fit test for respirator use Forklift, overhead crane, and various hand tool use a plus. Must be able to pass a drug test, physical, and background check. Must have a valid driver’s license
