Gillmann Services, Inc. is hiring Machine Operators to safely run compounding equipment and ensure high-quality production.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor production equipment. Set up and calibrate equipment properly. Handle customer materials carefully and according to procedures. Maintain a safe and clean workspace on your production line. Follow customer specifications and company guidelines during production. Work with the Quality Control Lab to check product quality and make adjustments as needed. Complete all required paperwork accurately. Coordinate with Customer Service and Materials teams to request or return raw materials. Label and store unused materials correctly for return to the warehouse. Help with machine setups, maintenance, and cleanups during changeovers. Perform any additional duties assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
