This position’s primary responsibility is assisting manufacturing with the operation of

& Disco DAD3240 dicing saws. This position will work directly with manufacturing on the front end demand needed.

Responsibilities:

 Assist manufacturing with product workflow  Follow detailed work instructions  Maintain all dicing equipment in proper working condition for maximum throughput  Mount and dismount product to dicing tape  Select and install dicing blades as required  Run first piece check to validate processes prior to dicing lot  Troubleshoot basic dicing saw errors  Visually inspect 100% of finished product to verify dicing quality  Operate measuring equipment to verify product’s dimensional accuracy  Perform data entry of product dimensions  Handle delicate materials without damaging or breaking  Keep various work order and material lots separate as required  Understand and follow cleaning protocols  May include other related duties as assigned (i.e. Grinding & Epoxy duties)

Qualifications:

 Ideal candidate would have 1+ years of experience in the field or related industry  Good oral and written communication skills  Must have effective listening skills in order to receive instructions from supervisor  Basic math skills  Mechanically inclined  Good visual acuity  Able to perform inspections under microscope  Able to meet commitments in both quality of work and timeliness of completion  Light proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other software  Basic knowledge of reading drawings and understanding dimensional tolerances and principles
