Responsibilities Operate CNC machines and other manufacturing equipment to fabricate components according to specifications. Conduct quality control checks to ensure that all products meet established standards. Assemble parts and components using precision tools, including calipers and other measuring instruments. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machinery, including logic controllers, to minimize downtime. Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve overall efficiency. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Document production data accurately for tracking purposes. Qualifications Proven experience in a manufacturing facility or similar environment is preferred. Familiarity with CNC machining processes and SolidWorks software is a plus. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control practices. Ability to read technical drawings and schematics effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
