Cleanroom Technician Job Description Join a dynamic team as a Cleanroom Technician at a leading manufacturing facility specializing in producing diapers and baby wipes. Your role will involve assisting machine operators in running and maintaining multiple machines, ensuring quality and efficiency in production processes. Responsibilities Assist machine operators in running approximately three machines. Set up and load machines, monitor error codes on computer screens, and alert operators as necessary. Perform lockout/tagout processes when maintenance is required. Stage and load materials into machines and conduct regular inspections. Complete general housekeeping duties and document daily tasks. Essential Skills Ability to work effectively in a team setting, closely with a machine operator. Capability to work 12-hour shifts. Strong communication skills and reliable attendance. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in manufacturing, machine operation, and automated production. High school diploma or GED. Experience in warehouse, material handling, assembly, packaging, and inspection. Forklift operation skills are a plus. Why Work Here? Work Environment Work in a highly automated and extremely clean manufacturing environment. You will be part of a line team, adhering to GMP standards. The dress code requires minimal jewelry, steel-toed boots, and modest attire. Hair must be pulled back. A cafeteria is on site, and employees must remain on campus once clocked in. The facility offers a comfortable and well-organized workspace. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mc Elhattan, Pennsylvania. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 – $19.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
