Responsibilities Operate machinery which fills liquid/powdered product into capsules and band seals capsules. Understand and demonstrate the proper manner of operating, cleaning and maintaining the equipment used in the encapsulating process. Adhere to all Quality Assurance regulations and complies with all Current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP) regulations and other company and industry policies and procedures. Observe all safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Maintain batch records. Maintain a clean and efficient work environment. Experience Proven experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various machinery effectively. Experience with precision measuring instruments such as micrometers is highly desirable. Previous exposure to logic controllers will be beneficial in optimizing machine operations. Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience a plus. Experience with fill and seal machines a plus. Experience with encapsulating machines a plus. How to
