ATTENDANCE INCENTIVE
The Batcher / Mixer is responsible for following specifications when mixing daily batches of marinades for our Hard Boiled eggs, and stirring batches every 2 hours. We are looking for a team player who can work in a fast-paced and challenging environment and who is willing to work a flexible schedule.
Work schedule:
Days – Monday thru Friday Hours – 6:30 am to approximately 3:00 pm or when Batches are completed Responsibilities Create marinade batches for Red Beet and Buffalo eggs according to established specifications. Maintains clean, organized work areas and securely stores equipment and supplies Ensure proper rotation, organization and logging usage of ingredients on the computer. Rotate marinated eggs in the cooler to ensure the oldest are used first. Training for and use of electric pallet jack throughout the shift Performs other duties as assigned Follows all safety policies and procedures Qualifications Must be able to lift 50 pounds Must know simple mathematics and how to use a computer Must be able to stand for 80% of the shift.
