Full Job Description Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with various machinery and equipment, possess strong attention to detail, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor machinery and equipment during the production process
- Perform routine machine maintenance to ensure smooth operations
- Inspect parts with precision tools such as calipers and micrometers
- Troubleshoot issues with equipment and make adjustments as needed
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
- Assist in the setup, calibration, and maintenance of machines
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator or similar role
- Proficiency in using hand tools and measuring instruments like calipers
- Familiarity with machining processes, including lathe operation
- Knowledge of logic controllers and plastics injection molding is a plus
- Ability to handle materials effectively and fabricate components as required
