We are Employee and Family Friendly focused on an exceptional work environment and culture. This position is full time, Monday thru Friday, day shift 7:00 am – 3:30 pm (flexible.)

General Job Description and Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate for this position is a quality and detail-oriented team player with a positive attitude who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The individual will need the ability to read and interpret job instructions for production as well as monitoring product quality. They will have experience setting up and running various bindery equipment for finishing both offset and digital printed products. Typical operations include (but are not limited to) cutting, creasing, folding, collating, inserting, tabbing, shrink wrapping and packaging. In addition, the individual will assist with mail processing, fulfillment, shipping and other production areas as required.

Other Duties:

• Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows established policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Maintains an adequate supply of bindery and shipping materials on hand.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• 3 years of experience in a print production environment (offset and digital printing.)
• Required to walk each day, and to reach for, bend, lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.

Abilities:

• Comfortable with learning and using computerized programs for order processing, shipping, etc.
• Ability to recognize and visually differentiate colors to monitor color accuracy.
• Organized and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Ability to proof-read and apply math functions, including fractions, decimals and percentages.
• Work overtime as needed.

Compensation Full time, hourly Pay rate according to experience and ability
