Schedule:

M-F 8:30am to 4:30pm OneSource Staffing is currently working with a client, seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join their team. The Machine Operator is responsible for safely operating, maintaining, and monitoring bottling equipment to ensure efficient and high-quality production of our natural spring water products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery used for bottling and packaging.
• Perform routine inspections and minor maintenance to ensure machines are running smoothly.
• Ensure all production activities adhere to company quality, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate with maintenance as needed.
• Maintain accurate production logs and complete required documentation.
• Assist in cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work area.
• Follow established safety protocols and report any safety concerns to supervisors.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or bottling environment preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate machinery safely.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 lbs.
