Medical, dental, and vision benefits Weekly paychecks Working with a dedicated & responsive team Monthly referral bonuses & more Job Duties of the machine operator: Verify piece count for carts and boxes Monitor extrusion rate, profile configuration Maintain supply of compound staged at machine Assist in moving carts when necessary Perform tooling changes, die cleaning as needed and grading own rejects Stack profiles on carts or bundle in boxes ensuring profiles are properly stacked or packaged Responsible for cleaning profiles when necessary Qualifications for the machine operator: High School Diploma or GED Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Shift Flexibility – 3 shifts available! Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting •
