M-F, 6am-2:30pm
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Operate production laser cutters, Amada and Mitsubishi, in accordance with prints and specifications. Produce the required quantity of parts within established specifications and tolerances. Inspect equipment prior to use to ensure proper setup and alignment; performs basic and routine adjustments and maintenance. Measure finished parts with precision tools, ensuring compliance with prints, maintaining ISO quality, and cosmetic specifications. Maintain a clean and safe work area.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 1-year Sheet Metal Fabrication experience in using laser equipment. Ability to perform basic metal fabrication processes – cutting, forming and punching. Ability to properly use measured equipment Ability to read and understand blueprints Ability to take direction and accept supervision. Dependable Ways to
