Machine Operator Position Available In York, Pennsylvania

Job Title:

Machine Operator Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join our team on a 1st shift basis, working from 6am to 4:30pm, Monday through Thursday. This role involves loading and unloading parts into machines, with the potential to run up to 700 parts per batch. Training will be provided for quality checks during production runs. We welcome applicants with basic machine operating skills. Responsibilities Operate machinery to load and unload parts efficiently. Conduct quality checks on parts during production runs. Manage production runs of up to 700 parts. Maintain equipment and ensure it is functioning properly. Essential Skills Prior machine operating experience. Ability to load and unload parts. Basic quality control experience (training provided). Proficiency in reading tape measures. Basic math skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications Willingness to undergo training for quality checks. Attention to detail and accuracy in measurements. Work Environment You will be working in a small manufacturing facility with roughly 20 employees. The company is experiencing high demand and has been extremely busy, often turning down work due to limited manpower. The environment is collaborative and focused on meeting production goals with efficiency and precision. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of HANOVER, Pennsylvania. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 – $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
