Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Printer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various printing techniques and technologies, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for producing high-quality printed materials. This role involves operating printing equipment, managing color processes, and ensuring that all printed products meet the company’s quality standards. Duties Operate and maintain various printing machines, including digital and offset printers. Prepare files for print production, ensuring all prepress requirements are met. Manage color management processes to ensure accurate color reproduction across all print jobs. Conduct quality control checks on printed materials to ensure they meet specifications and standards. Collaborate with design teams to understand project requirements and provide input on print advertising strategies. Utilize Adobe Creative Suite for design adjustments and file preparation as needed. Implement screen printing techniques for specific projects, ensuring proper setup and execution. Fabricate components as required for specialized printing tasks or projects. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Requirements Proven experience in printing or a related field is preferred. Strong knowledge of prepress processes and color management techniques. Familiarity with CNC machinery is a plus. Experience in print advertising and typography is highly desirable. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly in preparing files for print. Excellent attention to detail with strong quality control skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
