Manufacturing Facility Location:
Warwick Plant~ Full-Time | Overtime as Needed Monday – Friday schedule Competitive Pay + Benefits Starting wage of $20.48. Are you mechanically inclined and ready to join a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing team? We’re looking for a Machine Operator to safely and efficiently operate equipment across our facility. If you thrive in a high-heat, physical environment and enjoy working with your hands, this could be the perfect fit! What You’ll Do Operate machines and hand tools safely and effectively Strong Commitment to safety. Read and follow production instructions and job routings Use precision measuring tools (micrometer, caliper, scale, etc.) Perform light maintenance and troubleshooting Ensure product quality and traceability throughout the process Communicate issues and collaborate with engineering support Assist with material handling, including lifting up to 50 lbs and using hoists for heavier items Stay flexible—operate other machines as needed and cross-train in other areas What We’re Looking For High School diploma or GED required Prior experience in a manufacturing environment Strong mechanical aptitude and basic math skills Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team Comfortable with physical work: standing, walking, lifting, bending, and working in high-heat conditions (up to 105°F) Physical Requirements Lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs regularly (200+ lbs with equipment) Stand, bend, reach, and walk for extended periods Use of vibratory tools and work around hot materials Work in a non-climate-controlled environment
Requirements:
