Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator with 1-2 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or production environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery to ensure high-quality production and workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate machines according to production specifications and safety standards Monitor machine performance and output to ensure product quality Perform routine inspections and basic troubleshooting to prevent downtime Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals Follow all safety and operational protocols

Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or industrial setting High school diploma or equivalent required Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Good physical stamina; able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
